MPP inverter - download logs help

Hi guys,

I'm having an F51 error issue on my PIP6048MT inverter and MPP are asking me to export my logs. It says in manual to insert an OTG flash drive into the USB port in the inverter and hold ESC for 3 seconds. I've tried this and the log menu does not appear, in fact nothing happens when pressing ESC for the 3 seconds and I've tried a flash drive as well as my android phone which supports OTG.

Anyone with an MPP inverter, if you hold the ESC button for 3 secs on your inverter, does it go into log menu (mine doesn't with or without USB) even if no USB inserted etc?

Anyone know of another way to download the logs from MPP solar inverter?

Yes and sorry for not getting back. I never did solve the press escape method, however MPP sent me a replacement board out and now I can connect to the inverter with a computer to collect the logs. They sent the board out mainly to solve the faults that I was trying to get them the logs for but it also solved the collection of the logs as well.
