Lots of setting to check/go through.
Setting 29 Low DC cut-off: yes raise it to 47V. default too low.
Settings dealing with battery, such as 02, 27, etc.; rely on battery manufactures data for settings.
None of your selections seem outrageous.
You will not be able to pull 30 amps of 110v (utility charging setting 11) off your 2000w honda generator. That will likely need to be in the 15a range in order to not overload the honda. You'll also want to configure setting 16. You may want to charge the bats anytime the generator is running which would mean solar only will not work.
It should also be noted that if your batteries are dead, at 15amp charge it will take 6(ish) hours to charge.
Thanks for the replies, I will lower my utility setting to 15 amp. Should I change setting 16 to the Solar & Utility then?
Is 58.4 volts ok for battery equalization or should that be higher?
Is setting 29 (low-dc cut off) the setting that would remote start the generator via the dry contact??
With Program 01 set to SbU. the normally open (NO) dry contact should close (start generator) when the battery voltage is less than voltage set in Program 12 (47 V in with your setting).
