MPP solar 5048v2 stops collecting data after a few days *solved*

Hey guys i have a new 5048 hybrid v2 on the wall and all works well but for some reason the inverter/program stops collecting data(after a vew days) and i cant see how the power flows by looking at the icons in the watchpower program you guys any idea?

the things i did:

install the program several times also other laptop.
reset unit
shut down unit

Do you have it connected USB or use WiFi?

I have to pull and reinsert the USB regularly. I don't know if it's the LV5048 or the computer. I suspect it's the LV5048.

I assume you are using LV5048, there are several models of 5048 though.
