Mpp Solar or EaSun firmware

Hi there.
I have two inverters EaSun iGrid SV II 5kw and im getting error 72 all the time when its sunny outside.
After my research i found out that i need to update the software.
The problem is i havent found any software on the internet. Also then support from easun its not even answear.
Can you guys help me with a firmware for this type of inverter?
I know that software from mpp solar also works with easun.

Current share fail. Someone told me that there might be the paralel boards. Il try to replace them also
