MPP Solar PIP-1012LV-MS ... 102 VOC solar with 5 panels?

I’ve got the 1012LV-MS incoming to build my first system.
Spec is 102 VOC limit for solar panels, 500 watts,
So I’d id like to use 5 x 100 watt panels.
But the VOC specs for all the 100w panels I’m looking at are about 21v-22v.
5 panels in serial would be 105-110 VOC, just over the 102 limit...
I don’t see any panels that would make it possible to get under 102 VOC with 5x100 watt panels serial (panels would need to be 20.4 VOC max each).

Am I missing something?
Is it ok to push the limit slightly up to 110 VOC even though the specs say 102?

Welcome to the forum.

You are not missing anything. You are trying to do something you can't do.

You must not bust the 102Voc limit. In fact, you need to allow for wiggle room as cooler panels produce higher voltage.

3S2P should be fine. The 500W is the max output.

indicates can be over-paneled to 800W

Additionally, get bigger panels that are cheaper per Watt. 2 ~300W panels will likely cost 1/2 that of 6X 100W panels.
