MPP Solar PIP3048LV-MK Inverter ALL-IN-ONE LCD display not working

I am an off grid solar technician and I have a customer's MPP Solar Inverter all-in-one that has a display that stopped working.

It's a 48VDC 3000W model
PIP3048LV-MK

The display is not coming on (it flashes dimly)

It still outputs power from the battery.

I have attached some pictures.

There is a 4pin connector on the display that's unplugged.
I'm not sure if that should be plugged in; I do not see a port for it.

Anyone have experience with the display on these things?
I think its a common display used on so many of these all-in-ones.

UNIT seems to be from 2020

SCREEN board says
PCB1-B00252A-A

And on a sticker says:
12-400144-00G
XRDZ-B00252AHUTBWNNN-2
202025A01865

Hi, what was the outcome, have a similar issue with my EASUN SV 2 display ..

As of yet I have not received an email back from MPP Solar.

I will try to lookup the model and see if a replacement screen can be purchased in case its just the LED itself.
