MPPSolar PIP2424MSE1 Unknown Fault Code 20

Hi,

I have been using for 6 months now the MPPSolar PIP2424MSE1 hybrid inverter without any issues.
It is connected to two 500W solar panels in series and AC power in. The maximum load is
about 350Watts but it is non stop.

Recently the AC power output switched off suddenly and it happened twice in 2 weeks.
On the display there is a fault '20' blinking icon and you can hear a continuous whining noise.
I disconnect/reconnect the AC in, PV in and the battery and its back to normal like nothing
happened.



The thing is that the code is not listed in the manual and I am not sure what is going on.
Have you seen this fault code before?
