Looking at getting 2 of the SFK 300AH prebuilt batteries shipped to Grenada but of course the shipping company wants a MSDS sheet for them. All SFK seems to have is what they sent me below, but this is just info on the cells and not the built battery so I don't think this is what I need. Battleborn said they could send one with any of their batteries and found one online for Dakotas and they both look different. Any idea if a shipping company would think these are an MSDS? The shippers are slow responding.....

thanks, Richard

The Dakota looks like a proper MSDS but that Battleborn is just a spec sheet but they said they could provide a proper one.

I found this for dakota: https://dakotalithium.com/wp-conten...ta-Sheet-Lithium-Iron-Phosphate-Batteries.pdf

looks to discuss the prismatic cell itself and not the battery.

here is battle born:

nothing from sunfun but it looks like they have eve official msds.

Looks like all 3 say its UN3480 Class 9 for the shipping rules
Pretty sure they want to know UN3480 and then they stop paying attention. Ran into this myself, turned into a minor nightmare, but it worked out in the end (though I still haven't gotten the final bills).

Yeah I shipped some cells before and UPS charged me $39.00 fee they said it was UN3480 Class 9. They said it was Packing Goods 2 as well.

So looks like the main deal with shipping is the UN3480 and the Class 9 thing.

Ok I'll look for that for any future batteries, but don't see that listed for the SFK documentation
