Hello, I own a 310 Ah / 24V battery bank, brand new. I'm living in a house with a 14kWp PV installation where only 20% is used, the remaining 80% are fed to the grid. To make better use (in the evening and night) I wanted to buy a Multiplus Charger/Inverter that only charges the battery from the grid when the energy fed to the grid is higher than e.g. 3kW. This sounds ridicolous but as we don't have access to the PV installation but get electricity for free when it comes from the PV panels, I could charge the battery during the day (for free) and use it from the battery bank in the night. Does this work and is the Victron Multiplus flexible enough to get programmed like that (the difference between PV production and usage I can read from an App that could trigger the Multiplus to charge the batteries).
Thank you very much for any feedback!
