You may want to elaborate on what you need help with! Did it not come with a manual? You can find one on Victron‘s web site… A demanding statement of “Need help with the device” (leaving in your bad grammar to quote you authentically), without even a please will find you don’t get many replies.

At least ‘pretend’ to make an effort to help yourself before asking others to hold your hand, you’ll find you get a lot more respect and as a result, more assistance from members when you do.

Hi,
I posted under the community link.
the product is working out of the box, but even the smallest change done with ve.config pushes the multiplus in to unusual state movie included hard to explain.
only option to get the multi back online is flash firmware.
it is like a value is changed that the multi goed crazy on that.
even a very small change like enable battery monitor or type of battery, as soon as it resets after changes and it switches from inverter to main it goes in to that state.
every connection is checked and confirmed
