My 5kv inveter not charging

My 5kv inverter awakened with uncharging mood.
What could be the reason? It is reflecting the PV on the screen which means the solar are readable. When I scrow down to read the volts on pv it has 148 on.

Just so you know, kV is kilo-volts. I think you meant kW, kilo-watts.

Much more information is required to help. What voltage battery bank do you have? What voltage is it reading? What have you checked? Breakers and fuses good?
