So after the past year of learning from all of you I placed my orders and I think I have everything in and ready to assemble. I cannot afford to screw this up so I'm hoping I can get checks and balances along the way to make sure I have everything done properly. If I'm missing anything please assist. I would hate to fry my system or misconfigure it. Im completely offgrid and it's critical I get it right.

My current inventory and planned configuration of equipment is as follows:

I recommend bringing up one 16S battery, with one SCC and just a couple panels to get a feel for it with lower amps. Any mistakes with a smaller setup will be less likely to kill you or any of your equipment.

Heck, if this is your first solar system, I recommend setting up a 4S system as your first attempt. Ya,I’m know you do not have a 4S BMS.

Be safe, wear eye protection.

Thanks, I am currently running a 1/4 of this with a 48v lead acid battery setup (4 panels/1cc/inverter/converter/shunt/batteries). What's new is the LifePo4 and the scale of the build. Does the configuration and connectivity/wiring sound right?

It all looks reasonable but without a diagram, a list of parts and a couple sentences is hard to thoroughly verify.

I do not see a breaker or fuse & switch for your arrays. You will want an easy way to cut power.

Similarly, no sign of fusing from battery bank to loads. Inverter will need a big one.
