PowerView always sent Arc Fault notifications to my iPhone. MySolArk is not. I confirmed that notifications for MySolArk are turned on in my iPhone. Is there also a setting within the App?

Is your inverter actually getting arc faults when you go to the "system alarms" screen or is it just showing up on PowerView?

Definitely the inverter as well. It's beeping and not producing until I clear the fault. The fault shows up on PowerView as well as MySolArk. This occurs on my neighbors inverter as well as mine. Yesterday both faulted at the same time. We both had a good run without arc faults, but lately there's been partial cloudy skies causing dramatic light changes. I believe the TIGOs adjusting to the changing clouds cause a current signature that the Sol-Ark interprets as an arc fault.

Without the notifications I may go hours without PV production. :(

Can you disable the arc fault detection as it's clearly defective?

I'd rather not, but I have for now until I get notifications back.
So when you get a notification, do you go outside and check if your roof/panels are on fire? and then clear it? Just trying to understand the process.

Nah, because I don't believe it's a true arc fault. For me, the 2 systems faulting at the same time confirms that it is not a wiring fault. Also, it only happens on cloudy days. We have a 3rd Sol-Ark 15K system without optimizers. Zero arc faults there.

I don't get Power Outage or Power Restored Notifications.
This use to work under Powerview but it no longer works under MySolArk.
I just had a three hour power outage today and got no notification of it.
