need good step-dovn battery charger from nominal 48v to 24v battery bank

need a good step-down battery charger from a nominal 48v to 24v battery bank from 30-100A.
this is for boat use. system on boat is 12/24V DC and 230/50hz
my idea is make 2 battery bank 16x314a 48v and this is powered 230 AC big load chiller/heather charge be via inverter /charger and diesel generator onnan 21kw

but problem is find quality step down charger 5-60V to 28,8V continuous work 30-100A.( maybe better 2-3 pieces in parallel) work if one breaks other work)
or use Victron mppt battery charger limit current from, for example, 50A to 40A if

Victron Orion TR will convert 48v to 24v. That can "charge" at a constant voltage.

If you want a charge curve, you would then need the Victron Orion TR Smart to "charge" 24v to 24v. Unfortunately, they do not make the "smart" charger version in 48v.
