I've replaced my seplos active balancer with Neey 4A 4th gen today, however I have a problem. Neey is not detecing voltage on cell one (B1). In health section it shows success, but zero voltage. For all other cells it shows voltage without issues.
I checked wires with multimeter and even plugged in B1 wire to PSU, but it still is showing zero.
Anyone experienced this?
What is also strange, is that I can't figure out the logic host Neey starting to work. What i mean by that is I tested it on a bench, it powers on, but if I i put 3.5v to any of cell wires from PSU, it balancer doesn't show anything at all.
