Neey active balancer password?

I just bought a NEEY active balancer and set up the app. When I click the settings cog it asks me for the password, how am I supposed to know this? Does anyone know the password? Can anyone please help?

Not on the back of the unit ?

Victron use stick for it and have a lose stick in the box it come in.

I Need a password for Neey 4A. 123456 does not work for me. I tried all the 000000, 111111, etc.
