New 18Kpv with the 1E1E firmware?

Do not use the grid boss mode and keep your loads on the load terminals, or am I not getting what you're saying?

No, what you are saying makes not sense. My 18kpv is on 1E1E and it just works. What makes you think it is in "gridboss mode"?
You need to describe what you have going on in more detail (and how you have it wired) and quit guessing what is wrong. And document all of your settings. Since this is a new install, there is a very good chance that you have a wiring issue of some sort causing the behavior.
My loads are on the load terminal, but SS thinks I am stuck in grid boss mode. They have tried to update the Firmware. And have disabled grid boss mode numerous times. They think it might be stuck in grid boss mode. Was just wondering how in the world this would be fixed without another R&D Firmware upgrade?

This has crossed my mind, but this is my 3rd 18Kpv and the wiring has gone through a thorough investigation.
So are you off grid or are you grid tied also?thanks
This is what grid boss made for to transfer the load through it if you want to make use of solar power you need to enable export. This inverter doesn't need grid boss since it has 200a relay it can handle the load easily.

Did you restart the inverter after the update? Did you update the lcd?

Yeah I am sorry I am not getting what you are saying.
Do you have a grid boss or not ?
Do you have grid connected to the grid port and loads connected to the load port?
What is the inverter doing or not doing?
Is this inverter a replacement or an addition ?
If you were previously running older firmware there have been quite a lot of changes in both the firmware and the display, this may be confusing.
SS flashed the firmware twice. And we power cycled the unit. They did not update the lcd because my 18Kpv came with all the newest firmware already installed.

The 18Kpv will power the loads in Off Grid Mode, but as soon as on grid is used all the Loads go dead.

I have ran mine successfully both in off-grid and on-grid mode. You need to describe what you are seeing and how you have it wired.
Any faults? Others that have had off grid work but on-grid not work had multiple inverters with the legs reversed/not-consistent, but those got errors/codes. and their loads were tied together with one inverter having InverterL1= Grid L1, and InverterL2=Grid L2, but the other one was InverterL1=GridL2, and InverterL2=GridL1. And on a unit replace, unless labeled it would be trivial to reverse either the Grid or the Load and get this.
In Off-grid mode/parallel mode the inverter figures it out and matches what it sees on LoadL1/LoadL2 so a reversal would be fine. in OnGrid mode it will match the reversed Grid and the loads will conflict and you will get a shutdown/fault.

You have AC coupling enabled, turn that off and see what happens.
Your first screenshot is broken for me. What is your "Max. AC Input Power(kW)"?
