New custom design taico 24v 800ah (2×400) in cabinet build. .27c per wh

This is a new battery I built with taico. It has high and low temp protection had them show me sensors during build. I have had another of their batteries in a Telcom data center in past so why not in my off grid cabin. Would like to here what people think. Total cost $3700 (1600 per 400ah 24v batt) plus 1600 shipping $5200 delivered to usa.

Looking again I think even though I connected to bussbar diagonal do you think I should have made negative cable the same length as pos cable and do e service loop. Also they have made plastic cover for bussbar

Dude, that's awesome... I came across this site (https://www.letspool.com/pools/view/id/7bb6a492-e811-11ec-99f2-f23c912c7610) while speaking with TAICO. There is a group buy going on for these batteries to bring them from China and the price is very very good...maybe excellent? 400 AH should be around $5,996 including shipping for a 51.2 VDC (10.2 kW)!

Maybe you can talk to site about building custom cabinets for the battery. I would definitely need the cabinet for 2 batteries. I bought a battery from the group buy, lets see how it goes.

I would suggest to stay away from this company so called TAICO. First day it arrived 2nd cycle SOH went down to 85% in 3 of the 4 pack. They said one cell has a problem so i checked others. 3 out of 4 have problems. They said 3 year warranty pre sales. It has been 3 months since they acknowledged the problems yet, they keep delaying and delaying and to this date no solution, at all. I think it is a hit and miss type of company. Just stay away. I am glad i caught the problem before i installed to my customers. It is my only luck in this transaction.
