New EG4 6000XP import (grid) power 1/2 of setting

I just comissioned a new 6000xp and am seeing import (grid) power during charging of 1/4 to 1/3 what the settings specify.
Example: I have AC Charge Current set at 4A (Dc charge is 100A) but my Import Power is only 232W.

My grid side is 240v, confirmed with a multimeter. The inverter panel shows 120V on L1 and 120V on L2 when I cycle through the display.

Does anyone know of a setting I may have missed that would limit this?

Tried:
- Numerous SOC settings for min and max.
- Numerous AC and DC charge currents. Even with AC at 25A, import current still shows only 1800W. 1800W/240V=7.5A, far lower than expected.
--- The 1/3 to 1/4 I mentioned holds true at any amperage, its almost linear as I raise and lower the charge limits
- Tried Battery Eco both ways, no change
- Tried AC Input Range set to APL and UPS, no change
- Tried raising max generator input power as high as 25 (no generator anyway, just testing), no change
- System Type parallel and no parallel (system is actually single 6000XP and single 14.3Kw EG4 wall-mount)

System Info:
- Single 6000XP and single 14.3Kw EG4 wall-mount
- EPS Voltage is 240V, frequency 60Hz (have not change these, they are correct for my location)

Any ideas on why import power is so much lower than the setting?

This is a CHARGING setting, i.e., what you're charging the battery with. AC charge current is DC current, NOT what you're drawing from AC.

Battery voltage is is about 22% of of AC voltage. When you factor in inefficiencies, it's pretty much in the 1/4 to 1/3 range. :)

You're specifying the current at which to charge the battery when drawing from AC. Has nothing to do with AC current amps.

Thank you, the math is adding right now. Much appreciated!
