I see a new 48V Battery system came out from Fortress Power.
The eForce stackable batteries are very pricey. I am just posting it so that people know it's out there as an option.

Pytes has a stacking model Pi LV1
One online store lists it at $1,950. per module + $1,000 for the battery control unit.
Nominal voltage 51.2V

I'm not sure that it's actually available yet.

I agree.

That makes it a terrible choice for anyone who isn’t starting out with no existing 16 cell batteries or who doesn’t want to be trapped in a 15 cell limited options ecosystem for the life of their system.
I cannot say that I disagree.
Most of Fortress Powers decisions over the last 18 Months have been very odd. That is why them and Sol-Ark had the big fall out.
I have no clue why they went 15 cell no more than why they decided to get Luxpower to make and re-badge the 12K inverter and call it the Fortress Envy Inverter when they did not get an exclusive contract for North America. That just opened the door for EG4 to come in 6 months later and start selling the Same inverter for less money.
