New no battery pure sine wave solar power system with smart switchers.

Japan is leaning towards double insulation two wire systems for everything, no concerns for grounding and ground wires on most user devices.

In testing the project system on the two wire dedicated system has led to me to calling it a big success, usable power with out the Isolation transformer. About two years of testing.

Strongly recommend the ISO transformer for protection against DC power from the solar panels in a FET fails situation.

Dedicated two wire powers li-ion battery chargers heater,lights,mini fridge and more all devices with a factory two prong plug.

What works 9+9+9=27 Standard solar panels 12VDC, 180VDC ! Each of the nine panel arrays fused at 5amps each for 15Amps maximum to the inverter board.

One additional solar panel to power Inverter board CPU and small fan or 16volt AC doorbell transformer with diode bridge for the fan.

Kit inverter boards available for under $50 and factory assembled boards for under $100 each.

Requires blue sky day and clean solar panels to do this for me, Three days in a row example, have noticed for the past three years in a row the coldest winter days normally have clear sky conditions:
8AM timer start solar day.
9:30 AM start first stage heating.
10:30 AM 2nd stage High heat.
1:30 PM back to low heat setting.
3PM end of solar day.

Feels wonderful on a below freezing day/ also runs a 120VAC mini-split in the summer months.

15amp isolation transformer can be added to make a robust system.

10-15 Amps input 120VAC isolation transformer can supply 24/7 power offsetting clouds and night time conditions, basically using grid power to replace expensive batteries, works 98% of the time, solar input chokes off using grid power efficiently.

15amp output isolation transformers, makes the system safe from DC solar power getting to your expensive equipment. "Secret" DC cannot pass through an AC transformer especially a ISO transformer, also allowing interaction with other power/grounded systems, runs things like inverter heat pumps and car charging well.

System needs one voltage controlled relay to drop the big loads if system output voltage strays below 98VAC, reset at 120VAC with 5-7 minuets OFF delay.

Neighborhood got electricity bills, most over $300, my last was $138, several grid powered heating strips to prevent pipes from freezing and mini split heat pumps.

Running High solar heating in the living room right now.

Have had to replace 4 solar panels under warranty from the 12VDC parallel system, this damage kills the output from the panel and can be spotted in knowing the total output on a sunny day.

Happy to report no such damage from the series direct drive input to the new Inverters when pushing the maximum, Mono crystal panels perform best.

Based on long term testing.

Glass fuses 5,10,15Amp on all inputs and outputs, proper metal cases and switches make the unit safe as can be for power production system.😀

New shelf space four 40N65 FETs output inverter working great as two wire power source for Li-ion battery charger,quartz tube heating etc, observe table type isolation and double insulation on appliances.

Modern factory two prong appliances are almost always double insulation.

How the efficient solar/grid power regulator works, ISO transformers are naturally efficient in operation with only a 1% to 2% loss, nature's rule not mine if you connect a higher voltage DC feed to a lower voltage DC feed and pull power from the connection the power you get will primarily be from the higher voltage source. 116 volts DC from the grid ISO transformer and rated diode bridge VS 180VDC from the solar panels in full sun.

Works smooth even a full swing from solar to grid only dims the home lights slightly, system voltage normally hangs out around 116 VAC.

I have all ways been impressed with the efficiency of the factory ISO transformers with no additional windings. Using a 15 amp adjustable 130 volts max transformer allows you to fine tune the the power blender.

Auto variable feeding the ISO transformer .

Super cold blue sky day, the solar living room heater is working great.

One day past a two inch snow fall and still below freezing temperatures out of doors, The panels with the higher degree of tilt up to vertical bifacial panels clear faster all with no effort on your part.

Already can run first stage solar heat in the living room.

Hi all just found out about new transistors 30G124 small transistor with 400+ volts max & 200 Amp rated. Going to order and test as main output on the new Inverters.

Another beautiful solar day, able to run more on pure solar for longer periods of time. Recommend the project system but if you are not into high 180VDC/120VAC voltage DIY electronics any solar system with approximately 30 standard panels (around 15 amps) or more you can take advantage of solar to run your electronics/more.

Two systems one to charge batteries or the new power package systems for night time use / emergency use and one to run day time loads. Can back up daytime system with a grid based isolation transformer 120VAC 15Amps for efficient 24/7 power using grid power as a replacement for expensive sure to fail batteries.
