New to LiFePO4 need help.

I've been using solar in a Hybrid setup for approximately 6 years using Schneider XW6848 inverter MPPT 80 charge controllers and Rolls 6V 450AH batteries in banks of 48V. I am about to switch to LiFePO4 and have purchased 16 3.2V LiFePO4 cells along with a Heltec BMS 16S 48V 160A. My question after having read your forum is. Will this BMS be sufficient? or could someone suggest ab better alternative. Do I need to find one with Active Balancing.

160A BMS:

160A * 48V = 7680W

Seems like it provided you typically stay under this limit most of the time.
