Hi all,

I've been working on a 24v system for my conversion and I've been trying to follow will's 24v guide here (https://www.mobile-solarpower.com/2000-watt-24v-solar-system.html) I'm having an issue with my system where I was able to get my inverter running but when connecting a 12v fan to my fuse block, the fuses keep blowing. I have a 24-12v buck converter placed in the same spot as the guide.

The picture I'm attaching is after I asked advice from a facebook group and was told its better to use a busbar instead of using an anl fuse as a busbar for the inverter/CC shown in wills guide.

I was also advised to use more fuses, which I intend to and correct me if im wrong but the system should still function for a test without some extra fuses here and there right?

Also, should I be using a battery protect similar to the guide shows? I'm using the same inverter and all.

Thanks in advance!!!

Do not use a Victron battery protect in the feed to the inverter.
The fuse that's failed is in the 12v fuse block is that the case?
Check the voltage converter is producing 12v with the correct polarity. Those buck converters are not very reliable.
