No Power or Usage Data from Sol-Ark When on Grid Power Only

I've got a Sol-Ark 15K that I'm monitoring over RS-485 using Solar Assistant

During the day (ie when we're getting some solar) the Sol-Ark shows the power flows from the panel and grid to the house on the screen of the unit and I'm able to pull that data live via Solar Assistant.

However once solar production stops, the screen of the unit just says "OFF" and I don't see any power information there or via solar assistant (though to be clear, the house is still powered fine via the grid pass through).

Is there any setting I can change to be able to always see the house usage data, even when its just passing through the grid power?

I just got a Sol-Ark 15K and while I'm waiting for batteries the inverter turns "off" during the night, as soon as the sun goes down. It is basically in pass-thru mode at that point, which is fine, but it also stops measuring and logging energy usage from the grid into the on-line logger. Is...

Unless I missed it, it's not stated in the manual that load monitoring stops once Solar is "done" for the night. Good info to confirm based on observation.
