The lowest powered DCFC available is 20 kW. (it can be updated to 40kW)

It requires 3 phase 400v.

Say I want a charge station (like a gas station)

How much battery storage do you think would be necessary? And yes, 100% solar or/wind powered.

How many acres/hectares do you think this place requires for solar panels, let's use 350w panels. (yes higher are available, this is just an experiment for now)

Let's say there are eight charge stations, all able to charge at 20 kW simultaneously. (160 kW total) but really 10x that for real future usability, 1.6 mW use.

For this thought experiment, imagine you are Elon Musk and have Tesla money.

I would get 10 panels for looks and hide a huge diesel generator in a shed.
I can get 4 MW of panels for just over $1 million, which will take up just over 5 acres of dirt. Add in all the racking and possibly a single axis tracking system for daily tracking and now it's 10 acres.

I'm working with a 25.4+/- acre plot with no obstructions until late evening.

I guess it depends on demand for in use charging... .16MW x 8 hours? 12Hours? Do they charge 24/7?
24/7 would be just under 4MWh... 12 hours would be 2MWh, the solar feeding will cut into the storage, but not at night...
