So I sold my house and have been off grid on a property in Missouri for the last 8 days. I have a small shed house being delivered Monday, and have been living out of the back of a small school bus for the past week. It's no big deal except I've had to idle the bus for a few hours per day, to keep my fridge/cooler running to keep insulin cold. It's used 12-14 gallons of diesel.

Well my mppsolar arrived yesterday and I slapped it together temporarily until I move it to a more permanent install next week.

So far, so good!!

Got the panels on a temporary frame today. This install is getting moved next week, so I'm not putting them down permanently until then... Gotta keep an eye on the wind.

But for the last hour of sun I caught today it was pushing 350w at some points.

Way to go! I like your ballast idea.
