Ok to mix panels?

I'm new to solar use, but I have an electrical & electronic background. I have a Renogy 100w poly panel that came with a 30 amp controller. It should be ok to add another 100w poly panel from a different manufacturer (Rich Solar, HQST, etc.) without any compatibility problems, right? Even if they have a slightly different performance, I think it would still work ok, right? Thx for the help.

It will work. Depending on the specs of the panels you may not get full expected output. Here is an explanation of what to expect:
