Okay @Will Prowse I've bought your books and read them both (solar and health). I've watched probably 100 videos now, some more than three times. I've been a forum lurker for years and finally created an account and have been active for a while. But enough about me...

Will, you've indicated you are into the wool clothing, but no links to the brand/store or place to buy. I'm curious to see if that helps me as well. No pricing mentioned either. Would love to read blog posts/articles you've written about this decision, and the jouney to get there.

You mentioned your distain for municipal water, showed a video of your system, but no links to learn more/spec sheets/pricing. We have had full house systems of various types in the past. Would love to know what it is you decided, and which water tests and labs you used to find out what was in yours.

In your health book, you don't have a companion blog or web site or videos. Would love to know if your opinions or shopping recommendations have changed. Even affiliate links to buy products you have vetted I'd be interested in. I would also love to know what your daily diet routine is, as well as physical fitness regimen. You've come a long way since the RV days.

You also used to do videos about your health challenges and living in a van. You've come very far since then. I feel like we got to know Will when he was at rock bottom, we see you now at the top of your game, but there is a long period of time where we don't know exactly what happened, how you got better health-wise, your current relationship with your parents, etc. You mentioned your younger sister recently in a video I think - the one who does flowers maybe? - and it is nice to hear that you have a relationship with some family members (if not all).

Will you have mentioned your various cars, houses, properties, hobbies and showed some fun videos off-roading outside of Vegas in your golf cart(s).

You have mentioned a girlfriend in some videos a while back, but not anymore.

My wife and I have become a Will fans, for sure, but hunger for more information about the topics above.

Thank you Will. You have provided a lot of great information on solar. We have learned much, and are planning our 48v offgrid system now. We are also going to buy in a remote location and be 100% off grid. Might require water delivery trucks, though. We have built water systems in full in Mexico already. We live near LAX most of the year.

While I don't need you to address all of this above, we've brought you into our lives, but desire to know more. I don't think we are alone in this desire. I hope you consider this, and if you want to message me privately here or email or call, I'm sure you have access to that as well.

Be well, Will. Hope you are living your best life.

Hey thank you :)

Goodness, I want to start a wool clothing brand. I am obsessed with how it works and its performance. Wearing all wool 24/7 most days. Smart wool (some are blends though, need to avoid those), unbound merino and outlier are my favorites. Outlier is a strange company, but good products. The website may turn most people off but they have my favorite shirts.

Gosh, I need to start a whole new channel on water systems. There is so much to cover. My favorite method is using multiple filters. Whole home, RO second, and checking tds often and swapping filters. And having backup filters at the ready.

I have gained 26 pounds from working out in the last 2 years, but I am finally starting to cut. With all of my joint surgeries and past health issues, it has been a very slow progression. But I focus on isometrics. Great for people with joint issues. Need to make a video about that someday as well haha!

No girlfriend currently, but got out of relationship few months ago. Pretty happy alone and working all day. Have a lot of friends though so I am ok.

Thank you so much for the nice things. I am just trying to fix problems I see around me. So many things in this world to navigate. It is overwhelming. I need to make a book that covers everything you mentioned.

Running this forum and the youtube have taken up a lot of time. And I love electronics, so I definitely focus on that most days. But still studying medicine and history every day. Just hard to apply it and make recommendations. Can take some time.

Thank you so much for replying Will. My wife and I think you are so kind. We will research the products and brands you mention.

Share your diet sometime. I’m sure it’s mostly raw foods like the veggies you mention in your book. No rush or pressure either way. We really appreciate your response.

I appreciate the tour you are doing of the various projects around your main property.

I would love to see an aerial picture maybe from a drone.

Finally, is there a section of the site where you want people to post ideas or requests, not for the website alone like dark mode you’ve been waiting for almost a year for… I mean things like tear downs of products, comparisons of low frequency versus high frequency inverters, Or product shootouts between batteries, solar, charge controllers, all in ones, etc.

I know how much you like to inform and educate. It looks like you enjoy tinkering on some of the vehicles you have.

I think it’s been mentioned about touring manufacturers or companies that distribute products you like such as current connected or signature solar. I think that a road trip to a nearby wind farm or anyone of those huge megawatt producing solar farms just north of Las Vegas would be super interesting.

If you were finding that crypto mining is profitable for you now, perhaps an introduction to that with the costs associated would be of interest to a subset of your viewers. Also, because your studying history, maybe do a comparison between say living in California, Las Vegas, Texas, Florida, or Washington state from a cost of electricity perspective would be interesting.

Also, well you do not like swimming pools, I think a segment on the best way to heat one would be interesting.

Perhaps A tour of off grid living would be interesting to viewers as well. Solar water heaters, replacing a natural gas pool heater with an electric pool heater running on solar, and some of those technologies.

Perhaps you can dedicate a show to highlighting how people have gotten around rules and regulations like putting panels in a driveway instead of on a roof. or vertically mounting panels on the side of a carport or garage or house that faces the sun or something.

I think people are interested and understanding more about why other technologies like the internal combustion engine, hydrogen fuel cell, and other technologies aren’t a good choice. You’ve explained why you like electric cars.

Since you’re so interested in electronics and batteries, maybe a history of electric car battery is in order. Why things were good at the time and why they’re not good now. For example, early Toyota Prius, batteries, Nissan leaf batteries, the various types of Tesla batteries and more. Just cover what you have experience and knowledge of… You don’t have to go back in time to the late 1800s on the first electric car was created.

I think that you will find that just about anything you produce people will be interested in. When I was filling up my wife’s car at a gas station there was a sign that said something like “you should buy gas somewhere else. The gas in the state of California this location is so high because of the taxes.” I don’t think people fully understand why gasoline in California cost five dollars a gallon, but I can drive a few hours to Primm Nevada and pay almost half.

Anyway, I know you’re busy… Just spitballing some ideas.

Also like many people say in the comments to your videos… Don’t let the turkeys get you down. You just keep doing what you’re doing and ignore those out there who have nothing but negativity to throw your way. As they drive off in their Cummins diesel powered truck. 🤣

I found Merino shirts, underwear and more on Amazon. Will report back. I only found hats from outlier @Will Prowse - can't find their clothes offered on amazon.

We have whole house filter system - wire mesh kind that are stainless and last a long time. Bought at Fergison plumbing supply - we have 2 of those just in case the first one doesn't catch something. No spare filters as you just deep clean them and put them back in. We have had paper and carbon-charged types in the past. Care to name specific brands you are using?

Isomerics is what our physical therapist also recommends. You are looking very good, Will.

Read prior post when you can - know you're busy, Will. Keep on smiling. We are waving money at you waiting for your next book. Don't be afraid to charge more. You're worth it. Maybe you could sell autographed ones for $5 more or something on Amazon. Or to forum members like us.

I just did a fun project today that I think you'll appreciate. Cost less than $90. Our natural gas Pentair pool heater has an error code on it this season. So we just shut it off. The pool pump still runs to clean the bottom of the pool with a device, but for heating it, here's what I'm doing:

Took a 200 amp hour 12v CHINS battery (no bluetooth BMS - early version) I had sitting around. Connected it to solar charge controller I had sitting around and a small portable 200w panel. Bought a SeaFlo 12v water pump with 1/2" inlet and outlet. Bought 500 feet of black landscape tubing. Ran one end of the tube into my pool as a pickup. I ran the other end onto my flat roof in los angeles (painted bright white already). I am running about 450' of the poly tubing around the white roof, then back down into the pool. I fired it up today, and it does heat the water at about 1.5 degrees as it snakes around the roof in the sun. I'm going to add a dusk-to-dawn thing to get it to turn on and off automatically. Whole solution draws 3.4 amps, so I can run for about 56 hours before needing a charge. With about 11 good hours of sun lately, that's 5 days straight per charge. The pool is 78 degrees right now...I hope that in the next 2 weeks it will be closer to 86 degrees or so. It will take time, but powered by the sun, so happy about that. Know you don't love pools/hot tubs, but our natural gas bill and electric bill we estimate costs around $500 a month in summer to keep hot. Now it should cost about $200 just to keep it clean until I get the pentair variable-speed motor on solar (240 v). There are solar powered skimmers they now sell that cruise around the surface getting debris. I hope to get one of those somedays soon, but they are around $300 I think.

Thanks for reading!

Pools rock. Im just not a fan of using chemicals to keep a body of water clean for years on end. If a person does the research and does it themself the water can be amazingly refreshing. It requires work.
Everyone I know that paid a service to come by, the water was horrid. Burned the eyes, dried the skin. It was explained by a friend whose pool was amazing, that most services are too rushed or lazy to properly skim and scrub the pool, so they just came by once a week and dumped a bunch of chemicals in it. It looks good but you dont want to swim in it. And keeping it covered was an absolute necessity.

My pool guy will not clean the basket filter. He stopped cleaning the sides. He comes in, looks at it, takes pictures of my DIY solar stuff to share with his daddy, and dumps in a gallon of chlorine, and leaves. 3-5 minutes is his longest stay. Told me to leave the cover off (not heating right now). He would never remove the cover to clean. I think my pool guys are just 100% lazy, easy buck, churn and burn.
