Overkill 100a 16s - no Rs485 WTF

Purchased one a few months ago for 100a 16s build 4p16s Navitas/TopBand Battery and all has been fine. Built 302ah 16s Catl Battery and had time to wait for cheaper one from China while I top balanced new cells, ordered from Manufacturer here - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002754122797.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.606a4c4d4klFhv - 2 for the price of 1 OKill. ordered 9-15-21 received 10-18-21 - 2 with uart wifi module and RS485, Hooked up normal - worked perfect, decided to use spare pairs of cat5 wires going to Gyll batteries to hookup Rs485 and desktop software, works perfect on Jbd Bms, went to hookup to OKill and there was no plug on the board, no problem soldered on 2 leads and NOTHING. You would think if you pay double the price you should get all the bells and whistles, just fyi, Joe. OKill response - "Joe, the RS485 circuit is not populated. The UART port is the only option for communication. It's on the list for future development." Anyone no how to active Rs485 on this board - 16s BMS 100a LifePo4 Battery Management?

Is that feature advertised on the website?

If not... you're going to be out of luck if the hardware physically isn't present.

AHHHH ! the reptilian middle man bits again. why not buy direct from the real deal and stop the greediness.
