Panel Configuration for a MPP 5KVA-48v

I just purchased the MPP LV 5KVA-48v and I have 20-100watt 12v Renogy panels. My question is what is the best configuration series/parallel for the unit. My confusion is over the 48v requirement (these Renogy panels are shown as 12volts but operate around 20v 5amps. I had planned on having 4 or 5 strings consisting of 4 100 watt panels in series which would amount to 48 volts and 5 amps for each string. Then parallel the strings into PV1 and PV2 which would then be 48 volts at 20 amps. Your assistance is deeply appreciated. Voc < 10-20% below max PV input voltage (allows for cold weather voltage spikes, see Resources for temperature chart)
Vmp > 50% higher than battery voltage and within published MPPT range
