That will work. hopefully you can find or make buss bars that will work. There are lots of configurations and "turning the corner" is always the challenge to keep that buss bar the same length as the others. For that reason I make my own bussbarrs that are continuous. For that reason I use a different configuration which would have cells stacked differently and some buss bars would have 16 holes and some 8 holes. I regret I don't have the layout tools to post a picture. 1/4 x 2 copper should be more than enough and carry more current than 4/0 cable.
