This is my 9th Wiring Diagram. Please check it out and make any recommendations as you see fit, as I am beginning to build.
* Wiring lengths and setup are for visual representation only. The actual wire lengths are between <2 feet to 3", while the lay out will be of cart design with 3 levels.

Do you need a 300 amp fuse and 4/0 wire for the leg that goes form the battery bus bar to the busbar for the MPPT and 12 volt loads? I understand the 4/0 and 300 amp fuse for the inverter, but don’t see how anything close to 100 amps will flow that path.

I don’t know if this is a mobile build or cabin build, but 1/0 wire seems excessive for a chassis ground. Same as a 500 amp busbar. My mobile build has much smaller wire that was recommended from the manual and I connected the five chasis ground to the RV from through the same point. 500 amp bars aren’t just pricey, but are also big.
 
The 1/0 AWG is just because I have it. As you can see I am using 4/0 AWG, when I should have used 2/0,. I just didn't want to have heat issues. That is why the wires are all oversized where it was feasible

This is not for a cabin or van or to connect to the grid. This is kinda like one of those suitcase builds that people lug around with them, but with the solar panels being fixed. It will actually fit on a cart that is 33"x20" and be approximately +/- 40" in height (the wheels are 10" high) and have 3 levels to it. The wiring diagram is just a visual representation how to connect the components, with some connections being a few inches, other being 7 an abot 5 being less than 2 feet in length. This car will also be able to be broken down into two parts for easy transport.

The county requires that it be fixed and withstand 150mph winds, though I know if a storm is coming I will just take the two 500W Bifacial panels and put them in the garage.
