Michigan started new PEAK hour rate for summer months.

Which all-in-one do you recommend for:

1. Peak time - help the GRID with both SOLAR and BATT,
so I need the timed UPS feature
2. Need to able to set priority to GRID > Batt etc : Timed, I need to able to set priority to batt during peak hours.
3. Set Batt low voltage and set batt charge profile
4. UL rated (possible??)

3kw is good enough
10kw of LIFEPO4 48v will be ready
2kw solar min will be ready.

Sol-Ark 5K will do what you want. There is no cheap 3Kw Inverter that will do the things that you are requesting.

ah, I see, they call it "Peak Shaving", Time of use and other smarty names.
I see the price of Solark 5k is $4k plus, phew,

So UL rated ones will be in this price range?

Sol-Ark 5K All-In-One Solar Generator System

Grid Tied Mode, Meter Zero, Time of Use, Smart Load, Peak Shaving.
Can handle up to 6.5kW in solar panels.
