Hi there,
The pecron has a max 600 watts per solar connecter with a 32-95 voltage range.
If I get 2x 325 watt solar panels with 40 volts each and put them in series, will the input still accept up to 600 watts or will I get 0 watts and the charge will be declined?

The Voc should not be higher than the input spec, otherwise damage will occur.
What is the max input current rating?
What is the full spec of the panels? Is 40V Voc or Vmp?

This is what is says 2 x Voc 32V~95V / 600W Max / 15A Max

The panel is 40 Voc

What is the Vmp and imp?
So it has two MPPT, since you only have two 325W panels, you can do 2s for one input, the input will see the Voc = 40V x2 = 80V with 15V headroom for cold weather.
The power can you produce = Vmp x 2 x Imp, so we need to know what the Vmp and Imp are.
