Just to give an update.
I'm using a simpler 3p5s panel setup and is getting better solar production result. My previous issue was primarily due to shades. Long series string suffer shade much more than multiple paralleled short strings. Using 3 strings of 5 panels each, at any given time during the 9AM - 5PM, my system is able to use at least 1-2 strings producing electricity of 800watts each on average. Since I used 10awg wire for solar connection, I can use shorted lower voltage strings without worry energy loss.
I have been able to run several household appliances and computers just fine.
