Please any help ! 24v 4 Lg panels...wiring diagram difficulties

Hi, I am installing my solar this weekend and I am not sure on a a few things.

I have 4 LG-Bifacial 400w
Voc (V): 49.8
Isc (A): 13.29
Vmpp (V): 41.6
Impp (A): 12.51

going to a Victron 150/60

Would it be better to wirer the panels 2s2p ? or just series ?

My panels are around 50ft from the charge controller. Do I need a combiner box at the panels ?

my battery bank is 24v.

Only options are 2S2P or 4P. 2S2P is probably better for wiring losses.

3 and 4S Voc is too high for the SCC.

ok perfect so at 2s2p so I would use a ''Y'' mc4 connector to join the two groups and then the joined mc4 extension to the scc ? no need for a combiner box or breaker ?

Best practice is a combiner box and breaker per string, so 2X breakers on the series portions.

They could also be connected as you describe with series breakers on each string.

The label on your panel likely specifies a fuse value - same for breaker. Guessing 20A based on your Imp/Isc values.
