Hi, sorry if this is a FAQ. I have been reading several posts and it's unclear to me if the 6000XP is able to accept 120v AC as input (L1 line and L2=neutral). Some posts say that with the latest firmware it can.
We would not need 220 or 208v output. Would sometime be on solar but we are mostly interested in 120v in/120v out for normal operation. We would use one EG4 48v battery initially.
If the 6000XP can do this, which inverter option needs to be set?
Thanks for all the wonderful help

Not like that.
It's L1 and N. (L2 isn't used)
Thanks for that clarification.

When doing this the output is also limited to 120v output on L1 and N.
And I would assume (but not sure) that it will be limited to 3kw output.
I would assume the 3kw output too, which is OK with my friend. We would setup this 6000XP on our own. If he wants to go to 240v AC or add a 2nd 6000XP, I'm recommending that he have an electrician do that.
Thanks.

When operating on battery, it will output 120v/ 240v.
