I have an issue with settings 12 and 13, my battery max charge is 46.5V is 100% fully
so my battery never reaches 48V and will never switch from grid power the cut off is 40V-43V, I cannot lower the settings on 12 and 13 anymore. Is there any way to get it lower? I reached out to Growatt but after about a week I haven't heard anything yet.

12=44V
13=48V
These are the current minimum settings for the inverter.
Ideally I would like to see 12 at 42 and 13 at 45 or 46.

My reasonings on this are the email I got from bigbattery.com in reference to the 48V LAMA - LiFePO4-115Ah-5.3kWh

"For the battery to stop at 49V is perfectly normal as anything above 46.5V is 100% fully charged for this battery. Lithium batteries state of charge is a curved graph, not a linear graph; so checking the state of charge is not as easy as saying "51V=100%, 50V=90%, etc", it just doesn't work like that, 46.5V is about 99% of the battery and the reason it wouldn't reach 51V is because the battery is at 99% and putting anything more in there might put it over 100% full and the BMS will always prevent it from going that high so that it doesn't damage the cells in the battery"

Hopefully this will help others not make this mistake with this battery/inverter in the future if we cannot solve the issues.

program 12 (switch to grid) has a 44.0 to 51.2 limits
program 13 (switch back to batt) has a 48.0 to 51.2 limit

for 16S 46.5v is ONLY 2.906v per cell. Which for standard LFP cells is way below the normal 3.2v you typically see. (and 95% charge at 3.5v)

program 19 (bulk charge) 48.0-58.4v
program 20 (float) is the same
program 21 (low voltage cut off) is 40.0-48.0v

My growatt has been running great for a year with "normal" 16s LFP bank attached.

Its not your typical setup on these its a 13s bank, Bigbattery reached out to me tonight and might be willing to do an exchange if we can't get the settings where they need to be.

Well I spoke with Signaturesolar and they stated quite clearly that this battery and inverter combo do not play nice together. Bigbattery is getting back to me about a possible replacement. Bigbattery initially denied the fact, and sell the two products as a "KIT" even and stated they have had NO issues with the 2 together.....
