When I truly wanted to see what drama unfolded overnight on a particular forum, I went to the off-topic 'wastebin'...it was good to see what my fellow mods had binned overnight, so I was up to speed. lol

OK, now I just snorted my adult beverage out my nose. I don't really mind the burning sensation, but that seemed like a waste of decent liquor.

For the record, it is a Black Manhattan (a small quantity of Amaro Nonino, a fairly long pour of Bulleit Rye, and several dashes of Angostura bitters. For a great (regular?) Manhattan, use Carpano Antica vermouth. It is much better than most other vermouths. This includes Carpano's own Punt e Mes, which is more like all of the other vermouths. I took one for the team to figure this out for you. Enjoy.
