Power an existing solar system from another mobile setup

I live in an off-grid house, currently I have a 24v system with a Magnum 4kw inverter.
Now I'm upgrading to 48v system and planning to move the existing one to my garage, but make it mobile (install the batteries and inverter on a cart), so I can move it around the property for work.

What would be the best way to use such mobile setup as a backup for my main house solar? The mobile setup will be fully charged most of the time and I would like to be able to leverage it in case if I have a very rainy week and my house battery bank goes low

My new system will include 2 x Victron Quattro 48v/5000 120V wired in parallel to get a split phase 120V/240V (I need 240V for my deep well and water pressure tank pumps). I believe with one inverter (which has a shore power input) it would be much easier, as I could probably feed the mobile setup to it, would that work?

Please share if you have any alternative setup ideas

Thank you all in advance!
