Prismatic (Aluminum) cells: best methods for compression?

Thello everybody.

There has been a lot of discussion about the need for compression for prismatic Al cells. It seems that the consensus (though not overwhelming) is that some compression is desirable. If that is the case, what are the ways people have done it? I was thinking some plywood on the ends and 4 threaded rods with bolts. What is the recommended compression?

I use overkillsolar cells. They have plastic caps. I used aluminum and threaded rods. The cells do not need compression the same as the plastic cased cells. I use ny-lock nuts and enough pressure to very slightly deform the plastic cap. The main reason is to keep the cells from moving and putting any stress on the terminal studs.
