Problems with eg4 6000xp on startup

Hello so this is my first time doing any work with battery or solar equipment but after lurking for a long time I figured I would take the plunge.

I recently purchased an eg4 6000xp inverter and 2 eco worthy rack batteries. I figured I could use this setup with a critical loads panel to power essentials like a sump pump and fridge. I chose the 6000xp cause I want to add a good amount of solar to this in the future. I pulled the trigger now because we recently had a power outage where the basement flooded while we were away.

So onto the problem, I have finished installing all the hardware and did the startup procedures but for the life of me I can't figure out why the system isn't running properly. The inverter will pass through grid power no problem but it will not send any battery power out at all
The inverter sees the eco worthy batteries they have 52.6 volts and it says that's about 30% capacity but it will not charge them and it will not switch to battery backup after I kill grid power
I also am getting fault code 19 but that says bus voltage too high. But I don't have solar power for that to be a problem

On another note I messed up and used eg4 customer code so now current connected can't help me diagnose any problems untill I get eg4 to reset my wifi dongle. This is proving to be really difficult I was on hold for hours yesterday with no call back and I am currently sitting on hold again also no response from eg4 online support either so I'm feeling a bit lost. Any knowledge or help anyone can share with me would be very much appreciated

A quick google

To reset an EG4 WiFi dongle, you can either use the reset button on the device or utilize the EG4 Monitor app to disable security settings. A physical reset involves holding down the reset button on the bottom of the dongle for at least 10 seconds. Alternatively, the EG4 Monitor app can be used to disconnect the dongle from the current Wi-Fi network and reconnect to a new one

Yeah the physical reset just restarted the device and I wasn't able to disconnect the dongle from eg4 server I was still stuck on that. When trying to pair backup it said the device is already in use.
Current connected said my only option was to go through eg4 support. Current connected has so far been very good to work with. Not so much with getting ahold of anyone at eg4

I also may have deleted my monitor account after trying to disconnect the dongle. Hoping that would work. All that did was make it so I could no longer use the monitor app lol. Not working out very well

Search this forum with "6000xp bus voltage high"

seems to be a common issue.
Thanks for the response I just got done with eg4 support and it seems I have a faulty unit.
We went through and checked everything we could and even after isolating grid or battery we kept having the fault code while not charging or discharging the batteries.
It seems eg4 has been really busy with support calls but once you get through to them they seem very helpful. They even helped me through the paperwork to start the warranty process
