Program 12 - Growatt SPF5000ES

Good evening, could you explain to me the use of program 12 and 13 in the settings?
I can't go lower than 50v, for what reason?

I can put 51 or 52v but impossible to put 49v for example.

I selected User mode in program 5

Setting #12 should be settable from 44v to 51.2v
Setting #13 should be be settable from 48v to 58v
But can't be set lower than Setting #21

And Setting #13 must be higher than #12

Here are the different settings, do they look good to you?

#19 should be at least 0.2v above #20.

So #19 = 55.7v and #20 = 55.5v ?
