I am Building a System with Victron components. (mainly for quality of build) but would still like to save some cash when possible. This is going in a 45ft Bus with 4100w of solar. I want to make my build so i can hook to 50 amp shore power. I know i can do this with either of the quattro or multiplus units with the quattro giving a option for dual inputs like a genset. Is it possible to Use one quattro for the dual inputs then use my second inverter as a multiplus II to get me my split phase? Does the shore power/genset have to be wired to both units. I can also accomplish what i need with a manual selector switch to go between shore and genset. which wouldn't be that often so the use of dual multiplus is on the table as well. Also my genset would more than likely be a small honda 2000 or 3000 just to give the solar a little help charging if needed when boondocking

This. As arbor said. There’s stuff to know. Maybe identical software on board as well. From what little I know, it deserves some research.
