I am upgrading my off grid system from 24 to 48 volt with two eg4 6500 ex .
I have two 48 volt 100 ah rack mount bateries from signature
I also have 8 - 6 v 445 ah flooded bateries , my question is can i put one set of 48 v on one eg4 and rack mounts on the other for my 220 systwm with one leg on each eg4 ( one leg of ac i mean )
Regards

From what I've seen, even with a single EG4-6500 with moderate loads, a single EG-4 battery may not be enough. Enough to power up, no load, yes... but you're gonna need more battery.

your inverters should share you battery connection.
btw 100 amps isnt enough to handle the max each inverter can output and may get you in trouble
Only using 0n 100 qmp panel load

right now i have 2 - 100ah 48v eg4

I would not assume these can sustain 100A for 5 hours. The included wire that comes with the batteries is probably only rated for 80A or so (based on what I can tell of the diameter). Conservatively, I'd plan 70-80% of rated output at peak. That's just me.
