Question for the community: EG4 vs. Ruixu

I am planning on building a 6 - 9K hybrid system with 3 arrays. I really like EG4 products. Right now, I am comparing them to Ruixu, who has a new inverter. This new inverter is clearly designed to pull market share from the EG4 18Kpv. It is less expensive, especially when it is bought as a package deal with a couple 16K wall mount Ruixu batteries. It also has a strong feature set. The batteries even include a perfourohexane module for fire suppression. I will include a link to the batteries and the inverter.

I would be very interested in the collective wisdom of Will Prowse and the forum community, concerning these components and how they compare to the EG4 "equivalents".

They are not out in the field yet but there is a lot of excitement around the inverter. Once It gets tested by end users we will know if it's a contender or a pretender.

the ruixu inverter is an SAJ inverter. read up on SAJ hybrids and know what you are buying before plunking down your cash

were you able to get any additional info on the ruixu inverters? i haven't been able to get a response from their website at all. dont want to buy a rebranded SAJ inverter.

It's a rebranded saj inverter. On their Facebook group they even said they use the saj cloud.

We're not familiar with saj inverters so due diligence is recommended

i will check out growatt. thx. very new to this. simply setting up an offgrid backup power source without and solar panels. finally heard back from ruixu. "rx-12k manufactured by SAJ" "SUNON 10 is off grid inverter that's different"

also newer to this. Just more than 3 posts, but learned a lot.
The Riuxu battery Will does like. The EG4 battery will also likes.
Many people on here like EG4. There are also many here who like Victron (the blue stuff).
I have not heard of anyone owning the inverter and posting review here from Riuxu.
Sounds like you are seeking an inverter or inverter/battery combo.
Will's reviews haven't been on any other brands other than EG4 for the inverters in quite some time that I can remember.
He also seems to be reviewing more and more wall-mount batteries now, which is good - they are flooding the market slowly.
Otherwise, he seems to really like rack-mount batteries - quite a few brands.

I think we need more and more reviews of outdoor rated wall mount batteries. They are pricy, however. And he's in the lawsuit with GM over the corvette from what I understand. So we'll get reviews when he can share them.

I see the Ruixu (SAJ rebranded) inverter is shipping. Would love to hear from someone who installs one. I'm also considering it versus EG4 18kPv for a whole-house, hybrid, 10k panel system with probably Ruixu wall batts. Thanks!
