That would be correct. My 3P16S configuration and my hybrid inverter only require one cable each for positive and negative. At each end of the parallel cells the bus bar is extended to give me room for a ⅜ bolt to secure the cable lug to the bus bar. On the negative bus bar I also have a Class T fuse and the cable lug is bolted to the other end of the fuse.
