I'm pending my rough-in inspection (2023 NEC) and am realizing I neglected to include a rapid shutdown for my panels. They're located on a detached 1 car garage so I am pretty sure this means I'll need to add RSD and it seems hit or miss if I have to have my panel disconnects located outside. I have 2 arrays of panels, the first array feeds my 6000xp inverter and the second is wired to an RPS solar well pump controller.
The Tigo system seems pretty straightforward to wire to the 6000xp and at the panels and this thread is a huge help. I'm unsure how to incorporate this on my RPS solar system. The RPS controller doesn't have a 12v out to power a Tigo transmitter. Would the shutdowns work correctly if I supplied the 12v to both Tigo transmitters from the 6000xp?
