Rec BMS - 2P16S configuration

I've just taken delivery of this Rec BMS Victron kit. I've got 32 x 304 ah Eve cells. I've been wavering between 16S2P and 2P16S but really would like to keep it to just a single BMS (yes, largely due to cost).

But, I need some guidance on the Rec BMS configuration - namely: it has spaces for 16 leads to monitor each cell, but I have 32 cells that I'm working with here.

And then the same question for configuring the BMS; I assume I have to set it to 16 cells.

If 2 cells are connected together in parallel, for all practical purposes you can treat it as though its a single 608Ah cell. So now you have 16 x 608Ah cell pairs and the BMS gets connected accordingly.

Not sure what, if any, cell balancing capability the Victron BMS has but with a battery pack of this size, a balancer would be a good add-on. I would suggest something capable of 5 Amps with the ability to set voltage limits for TOP balance only.
