So I've used EG4 V2 48V batteries, I got them pretty early. Capacity seems fine, but their coms firmware and documentation - let's just say they should have still been beta testing.. I stopped trying to get the communication to the inverter.
I've used LiTime 12V and they offer a 48V and 51V battery, but reviews on them are mixed. They advertise that they support CAN bus/RS485 (which CAN cable, I'm not sure).
I'd be open to SunGold power too. Victron's "officially supported" list of batteries, I'm not willing to step up that far on this project.
The inverter I'll be using is Victron MultiPlus-II 48/3000. If anyone wants to recommend a Victron vendor, let me know.
